I already have my BB 9650 unlocked but I have some other issues like Caller Id isn't work right and I was told I need to get in there and do some hacking. I tried apps like GetSpc.exe and loaded it onto my BB's SD card to get the MSL number but my BB wouldnt open/read the file.
