What movie is it when the scene is a close up of a bullet and it zooms out on a gunshot wound?

This is going to be so hard to describe but it is seriously driving me crazy and has been for the last 3 days. I was watching the Walking Dead and the opening scene was a really close zoom up of a zombie's pupil, his eyeball, and then it zoomed out and you see the eyeball and the zombie's face and whatever. That shot reminded me of a scene in some other movie or tv show where the close up is a bullet like in someone's chest or something. But you can't tell what it is until after it zooms out. And it zooms out of the dark tunnel of the puncture wound and stuff. I really hope someone knows what I am talking about otherwise I'll just be sitting here looking like an idiot. Please help my sanity!!!
