What happens if someone violates probation with posession of marijuana? My brother was put on probation for possession of marijuana and he has been doing good for a year. Then a few days ago he was pulled over by the police because the tag of the car was expired, to be specific 9 days expired. To make the long story short he was arrested for marijuana. Later he went to court and the judge threw out the probable cause of him being pulled over in the first place, I guess because the tag said 12/12. But what will happen to him after this? The description says:Probation Violation or community control/ FEL/MISD
