Pain in the middle of my upper arm but with no bruiseing or swelling? I fell on ice 2 days ago and hurt my upper arm I have got pain and every time I touch the middle of my arm the pain gets worse and I cannot put my arm in certain places what should I do and now and again the pain can be felt in my wrist please help Mr advice
