Question for the boys. Is it usually painful when you pull out?

When me and the bf have sex it appears to hurt him when you pulls out and even worse when he accidentally slips out. I've tried asking him about it but he kinda just ignores it. When he does pull out he does something to his penis I think it might be smooth his foreskin back up over his tip but I don't know.

My question is, is this normal? Any of you guys with foreskins experience it or can explain it? Thanks.
Also, nothing appears to be not normal with his penis when i've given hin oral and he doesn't seem to experience any pain when I suck him off and then pull him out of my mouth. Just really wanna know how I can make it more comfortable for him during passion
Erhmm... I do not remember stating that we were using the pull out method nor do I remember saying that we aren't trying for a baby. So just to set you straight, we ARE trying to conceive, and before when we weren't trying to conceive I was both on the pill and we used condoms. Thanks for you concern in that department though...
