Hi as the other answers have stated cloned phones are illegal basically a cloned phone is a stolen phone thats had its identity copied a bit like a car thats been rung ! so even if you got a cloned phone theres no way you will be able to see your wifes texts as the texts go to the phone no. not to the phone itself so you wnt be able to see them anyway .. sly

Of course they are not legal and instead of trying to spy on your wife how about getting radical and actually talk to her.

No, cloned phones are not legal - they're too much like wire-tapping, which is exactly what you're trying to do.

    Are cloned phones legal?

if so, how can I get one, & will I recieve the same texts as my wife who I believe is cheating on me, but always deletes everything off her phone?

No, these are absolutely not legal, and actually on GSM in the UK you wouldn't receive the same texts as your wife if you were both logged on to different cells either you or your wife would receive the text, not both!

You don't mean a cloned phone. These exist and are made by typically Chinese companies and look like high end branded phones but are not.

You mean cloning a SIM card. Not only is this illegal, it is also impossible. The unique crypto keys are stored in the card and cannot be read so they cannot be copied. The whole security of GSM revolves around these keys.
