Violin District Solo help? I want to play a decent solo. Not to hard. Something fast/slow doesn't matter. As long as it covers 1-7 position. Not too hard as I've been playing for 4 years and don't have the technical ability to play Mendelssohn or anything in the repertoire. My private teacher is giving me a Handel Sonata. Anything else you would recommend perhaps? I'm very into Classical Music. Not really country/fiddle music. I was thinking Tzigane by Ravel.
