Braun or Philips shaver? What's better the Braun Series 3-390-3 Shaver thats $74.99 on black friday in london drugs or the philips 2d rq1150/17 thats gonna be $79.99 in london drugs. I had a foil shaver before and it didnt shave my neck hair properly but that was a $50 panasonic foil shaver which I returned. So would the philips shave my neck hair close cause its the rotary blade.
