does anyone have problems with the torqu from kyocera? my Phone is constanly rebooting. the gallery app doesn't work at times while other times it seems to create doubles of certain photos, my video viewing app doesn't ever work. these problems started about a month after i bought the phone and i spoke to kyocera about it and all they said was that i had send in the phone and wait for two months while they checked it. i cant afford to send it in as im looking for a better job and need it to aanswercalls about my applications. i eventually had to factory set the phone which worked for another month without problems then the same issues started all over again. i was wondering also what OS it runs on and if it would affect any major systems if i uploaded anohter OS to it
