Do i have to report an expunged marijuana cultivation felony on my P&C license renewal app?
on a windy day my front door blew open that was left unlocked by my wife. a neighbor called the cops for a welfare check. cops went thru my entire house including a storage closet in my basement where i had a few plants growing that ended up weighing over 200 grams and charged me w felony cultivation. lawyer got me treatment in luei of conviction and once completed charges are dropped sealed and expunged. do i have to report this on my license renewal app and if so what is the likely outcome? thx.
