96 Honda Accord, when I start the car, it idles up and down between 1000-2500... ...rpms what could it be? I don't know if it matters but my Accord doesn't have a catalytic converter and it's manual. Regarding the catalytic converter, I'm getting a check engine and the computer says "Oxygen Sensor" I don't know maybe because I don't have a catalytic converter.... What's bad about not having a catalytic converter?
