    03 yamaha yzf-r6 having trouble?

i was slowing to a stop light and sitting there for a minute, i noticed the sound of my bike was different and sounded like a dirt bike or something. i started going and my bike was like bobbing around and so i shifted up and kept making that weird noise, and once i was going around 30-40 mph the sound went away and sounded smooth

started slowing again and problem comes back. get home let it cool for a long time. I just changed the oil about 200 miles ago. i took the tank off and cleaned my air filter, let it dry, put it on, turned it on for like a second and that noise was back, exhuast smells like fuel. i checked my fuel lines, no leaks or air coming from lines, also coolant is at low mark on reservoir
