if i unlock an iphone 4 then put a different sim in it? if i unlock an iphone 4 and put a different simcard in it will it prevent it from being blocked by the imei? if anyone comments saying "your gonna steal an iphone blah blah" ....just shutup, i'm a scrawny little kid and i would never steal a phone off someone. if you must know my friend is low on cash and cant afford to pay the contract so he's selling me the phone and not paying the contract. but theres a chance it can be blocked through the IMEI. I AM NOT ASKING TO CHANGE THE IMEI. I AM ASKING IF I CAN PREVENT IT FROM BEING BLOCKED IF I UNLOCK IT AND USE A DIFFERENT SIMCARD IN IT OTHER THAN THE NETWORK PROVIDING SIMCARD.
