Hi no you can't use AT&T sim card in the phone which is locked with t-mobile ..To fix this you have to unlock your phone from t-mobile network ..You can easily unlock your phone using sites like Prounlocking.com here they render unlock code for all mobile models..You can make use of it and unlock your phone then freely use it with any GSM sim ...
