    Health lifestyle...10 points...?

    My friend said I can decrease my blood pressure following these rules:
    1.Not smoking.
    2.Running 30 min a day
    3.Taking a spoon of cod oil liver.
    4.having meatless food 2 days a week
    5.avouiding junk food and reduce salt intake.
    6.consuming only fruits once a week.
