    No, and here's why. The patrons at that restaurant pay taxes for the infrastructure of that business. Few if any businesses depend on their own, independent infrastructure. Taxation without representation, anybody?

    CONS: Should private restaurants have the right to refuse service to anyone

    regardless of the reason? Even if it ends up being obvious they're racially discriminating ?

    I ask because the cons of the 60s said that the Civil Rights bill was an attempt to dictate who business should have as customers. A few days ago some guy here asked if he should have the right to ask to be seated away from Blacks at a restaurant. So... made me curious.
