    instead of hearing the annoying "please say a command" you can go to >> Menu >> settings & tools >> Phone Settings >> Voice Command Settings (3) >> Prompts (5) >> Mode (1) >> Tones Only. it makes a little **beep** instead of the voice

    There is no way to turn off the Voice Command button but there is a way to program it so that the noise goes through the earpeice instead of the speaker.
    1. Press the Voice key on your phone then when the screen pops up there should be a little button that says settings on the right side, press this button.
    2. Then select number '5' (Prompts)
    3. Next select number '2' (Audio PLayback)
    4. Select "Earpiece."
    This should enable your phone to make the voice go through the earpiece

    How can I disable the Voice Command button on my samsung intensity..?

    Even when the sounds turned to "all sounds off" it still goes off when im putting the phone in my pocket and its rly easy to press bc its just THERE on the side!! i have it on keypad autolock but it takes a rly long time to autolock and i CANNOT set the timing for that. ive checked.
    i never use it. so is there a way to disable it?
