How likely is it to be successful in transferring from University of Calgary to Western University?

I have finished 2 years in Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary and would like to transfer to Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

What GPA is required to be successful in the transfer. Also I have little extracurricular activities or volunteering, however I do have extensive sports involvement in previous years.

What do they consider when looking at transfer students? Is it easier to get in by transferring than right out of high school?
