If you want to change network in your Motorola it should not be locked with any network.If it is, then you need to unlock it. To unlock, you can approach Unlock-zone.com and specify the country, locked network and based on the availability you can get the permanent unlock service. Only GSM phones can be unlocked, and once it is unlocked you can swap with other GSM networks only.
