Why the torrent for the Hindi movie Bandook(2013) not available as a DVDrip on the internet?

I tried a lot searching the web but this is one of those rare movies whose torrent is not available except for some cheap Scam rip quality with very poor audio(not clear sound) and poor video quality.Can anyone pls help me by providing any link or source for the above movie?
Also,any viable reason why this movie is not available as DVD rip torrent ?Is it banned?
It has been over 5 months (Release date of this movie is 18th Jan 2013) when other movies are available as HQ torrents!
Why Madhu is it a flop movie?
