Salsa recipe confusion? Help please? So here's my salsa recipe: 2 cans dice tomatoes 1 Serrano 3/4 tsp cumin 2 cloves garlic 1 cup cilantro 1 lime 1/2 onion Salt to taste 1/4 tsp paprika So I was in ND visiting some family when I first came up with this. I bought the ingredients for it there, and when I made it it was amazing. I came back to OK (where I live) and remade it. It was ok, but not nearly as good. Surely the area in which I bought the ingredients wouldn't affect it that much! Right? Should I use less of the ingredients and then add more to taste??? Any suggestions as to what happened, or ideas as to what I could add??? BTW: I'm new to making salsa. LOL. Thanks!
