SEXUAL ABUSE/INCEST disclosure help? So...my psychologist knows that I have past trauma. We decided that the next time I see him we will talk about it...but, I don't know how to go about it?Should I write down dot points of things that my dad did to me? Because I won't be able to remember ever on the spot.I dunno...its just, I just don't know how to tell him about it...like, it would be awkward talking about things..like saying penis and vagina and all that crap.I know that sounds really childish but I mean....I'm only almost 16. So how do I put things..Just please any help would be really very much appreciatedThank you....
