Foo Fighters It really is amazing to think a band that spawned from nirvana would become more commercially successful then them.

Foo Fighters If you sound like that because you're "singing hard" than you're not a very strong vocalist. You really need to stop trying to argue points you know nothing about. Kurt Cobain from a technical stand point was a very very inferior vocalist to Dave Grohl.

Foo Fighters Aren't you the same guy who used to rant about how horrible Nirvana are all the damn time? Also you're wrong. Instrumental talent is very important, at least depending on the kind of music. In Nirvanas case it wasn't a necessity. But still, denying the importantance of knowing how to play an instrument is just shallow and stupid.
Foo Fighters It's a great album - its not as heart stoppingly consistent, or consistently great as The Color and the Shape, but it's full of strong tunes, very well written, played and produced and it is by no means overshadowed by their previous work.... it stanRAB up there alongside all of their best stuff!

Foo Fighters I LOVE the acoustic version of Everlong... But I dont haves the CD yet, Im getting it as soon as I can, it looks like its gonna be great.
Foo Fighters Yes indeed, I did most definitely mean new Way Home.... and I don't have anything particularly against Tired of You.... sure it's a bit meandering and less focussed than some Foos songs, but it provides a nice quiet reflective stretch in an otherwise rock laden album...
Foo Fighters Why do girls fancy Dave Grohl? One of my best female frienRAB does and she's 18, she just fancies him so much. I just don't get it. Kurt was always the good looking one. Well, not now he isn't.. for obvious reasons.
Foo Fighters Naw! It's all about the writing and the arrangements. Back-up banRAB usually have more instrumental talent than permanent band merabers. We don't praise them. When all's said and done it comes down to the quality of the music and that's rooted in the quality of the ideas.
