How to change an ESN/MEID US CELLULAR?

If a guy wanted to activate 2 phones on the same line only to have one turned on at a time, how would he go about that? Let's say he had a Razr v3C and an Electrify M? And then let's go ahead and assume he LOVES his Razr for the fact that the battery lasts for days, and it fits in his pocket mostly unnoticed. And when he's running around town or at home, he doesn't want to be bothered with pesky notifications and charging his phone, etc, but when he's at work, he'd love to be able to connect to the wifi for email notifications and whatnot. Is it possible to clone the ESN/MEID from the Razr and write them to the Electrify M?
Oh, and if you don't know what you're talking about, don't answer. The first answer I got down there... you're wrong. I shouldn't have asked if it's possible, because I know it is. I want to know how practical it is.
What is the point in adding an unhelpful response? Claiming that "sooner or later I'll forget" doesn't answer my question, and furthermore is an unfair statement to make.
