You can unlock any GSM network locked cell phone to use any other GSM network with it. Since Rogers is a GSM network provider, you can definitely unlock a Rogers network locked cell phone. But Mobilicity is not a GSM network provider. So, you cannot use it after unlocking it. i have a rogers phone and id like to be with mobilicity but not buy the phone from them as i have a perfectly functioning phone. Is it possible to unlock my phone to be used on mobilicities network?
