Easy to Read Cell Phone w/ QWERTY (sprint/boost/nextel)?

My dad needs a new cell phone... he's 56 and can barely read tiny screens.

So, he wants to be able to text. He is convinced he cannot do this with a regular phone keypad.

If you could please name off an easy to read cell phone (older or new) with a LARGE qwerty keyboard (for large manly fingers)... that would be very helpful!

(I've been checking out the Sanyo Innuendo, I think he might be able to use that easily enough).

Thanks! (He thinks he can use a phone like my Android touchscreen, and I tried to show him how to type on it, and he got "gahiohn hasgiha ihga" LOL!
