Sony Ericsson Customer Service - your experiences..... Hey couple of days ago I had some problems with my SE K850i, the flash was not working, I took it to my nearest customer care location, they were really helpful. I'll say that, Sony Ericsson's customer care is actually on of the best in this world. I really enjoyed talking to the rep in Sony Ericsson. They asked me to leave the phone over there because they needed to send it to their technical section, they promised me that it would be fixed with in 7 Business days. I went back after 7 Days and took my phone, everything was completely fine with the phone after I got it back, I was really happy because at that time I really loved the K850i.
Sony Ericsson Customer Service - your experiences..... they werent very hepful when i rang regarding issues with my browser. it refused to open and when i rang them they referred me to the Network provider.. and then 3 said it was a problem with the phone (which i knew all along). yet sony still refused to help

Sony Ericsson Customer Service - your experiences..... I think customer care service of Sony Ericsson is very good but some times there are some technical factors which shouldn't be include into it. Overall your daily problems has been solved very well or you can say 24 hours.
