Please help. I can't sleep. Horrible images? Someone posted a video of a small brown puppy being burned, and i don't think he made it out okay. I didn't watch the whole video, because i couldn't keep back my tears, and i couldn't breathe or think straight. I have been trying to sleep for hours now, but my mind is continuously flooded with these horrible images that cause me to cry, and not be able to sleep. Please, what can i do? I need to feel okay, because i can't think, and i can't enjoy my life right now. Please don't say i'm being dramatic. I need help!
