HI no until you unlock your Blackberry 9300 mobile from rogers network you can't use it with fido sim ..You can easily unlock your mobile using sites like UnBBlock.com here they are rendering unlock code for all blackberry mobile models at reliable cost ..After unlocking your mobile you can freely use your phone with both GSM sim ....
