US Cellular refusing to unlock my phone? I have a galaxy s4 through US Cellular that is deactivated because I'm switching to T-Mobile. I got a sim card in the mail and then had it activated. When it wouldn't work T mobile said I most likely needed to get it unlocked and that they could do it, but the closest store is over an hour way so they said us cellular could. When my dad asked them too the said they weren't going to and that I could only use this phone for us cellular. What do I do?
