    If your IP address was banned from particular website,you can contact the administrator to get unban your IP from that particular website and ask him the reason why he was banned your IP address.Otherwise try to change your IP address and then visit that website again by creating another account.
    Follow the below steps for changing IP address in Windows XP:
    1.Start->Run->Cmd->Press Enter
    2.Type in "ipconfig/release" for Current IP address and
    3.Then type "ipconfig/renew" for New IP address .
    You can also change your IP address by this way,
    If it is static IP,you cannot change it.Static IP will not change even when you reset the modem.You have to contact your Internet Service provider(ISP) for changing static IP.If your IP address is dynamic,it will change whenever you reset the modem.You can check your IP address by using Ip-details.com

    Have been banned from TorrentBytes, don't know the reason

    I can understand discouraging overseeding, but actually banning for it, with no notice? In addition to an IP ban? Sounds a little over the top.

    Ok then, I think I do a lot of H&R to get my ratio down fast before they banned me.

    From their Rules section it is written:

    OverSeeding is forbidden (packs are an exception).

    I have been banned too. I have had a ratio of 4. I've seeded most of my torrents in a ratio of 1:1. When I downloaded a "freeleech" of 20 GB and seeded in a ratio 1:1, then I got a ratio of 4. So I've been banned for over-seeding.

    I have never postet anything on that site as well.
    Are you sure you can get banned for over seeding? I have a ridiculous ratio of 310:1 there and I am not banned .........yet.
