Is there absoloutly any way to upgrade a mobile intel chip set system so i can put a real graphics card in?

I have a lenovo G550 best computer i've ever bought but my only gripe about it is that the graphics card is integrated and can't run half the things i want it to. What i need to know is if there is anyway whatsoever to remove and upgrade this computer's graphics card. What i need to know is if i need to
1. Modify the frame
2. Purchase separate processor and Graphics card (This is a given)
3. Purchase a new motherboard to compensate for more tech
4. And anything else left that i have not listed

I do not want to buy a new computer cause i like this one and i would like to just upgrade this one instead (more fun that way)
Any Ideas, info, or the such would be greatly appreciated.
Ni you didn't read the details did you. If possible i will modify with necessary components to achieve my goal.
