Maybe the old 318's would fit that definition. Never did like that engine. It was cold natured in the ambulances I drove that had one & the Dodge Diplomat police cars with the 318's were a joke too if you had to chase someone.

318 is pretty slow. i got one in my 98 dakota and 85 ram. but my uncle who has a 318 in his 95 ram with a 5 speed is pretty fast he can chirp 3th rarely but somtimes 4th
