For your Sleeping habits :- Try reading a book for a bit, if you can't fall asleep, it will make you tired , Try staying away from your phone before bed , In the summer, put your alarm clock on the other side of the room so you are forced to get up to turn it off. And your second problem solution :- Keep positive and see it as a fresh start in life. Be yourself, have confidence, and love the way you look!
I need help with my habits!!!? Ok I have 2 things I need help with!! 1. Sleeping habits. Ok so I'm 14 so I have school and stuff but I always go to bed really late like normally between 12am-1:30am which is so stupid coz I have to be up at 7:00-7:00am for school. I try to get to sleep early coz I get so tired but I just get side tracked and it gets so late. My question is how can I get into a routine to go to bed early. 2. Also I am like a little bit chubby like I'm not fat but I just wasn't born with a skinny figure. I really want to lose a bit of weight. My mom won't let me get any gym equipment or anything and I live on a farm so I can't go to the gym... What can I do to lose some weight??
