I think it is just a result of wrong sleeping position. Try to buy a pillow which could comfortably rest your neck and check for some improvement. If this do not work, immediately consult the doctor.
Do you have any idea about this pain? Hi.. Since 1 month I am suffering with horrible neck joint pain.It's very painful to keep my neck straight and I am turning my head with lot of difficulty.I don't know what pain is this,how it will be diagnosed.
