Should I save a digital file in PSD first, then TIFF then JPEG?

So yesterday I went to Mt.Fuji area and got some stunning images. It is quite rare to get Mt.Fuji on a cloudless day with blue skies and snow on the cap! So I have these images that are in RAW. I want to crop a little and touch up a little and then save in different formats in separate folders. So in LIGHTROOM not PS when I come to saving, should I save an image in a particular order? I don't want to compromise image quality. The same image will be saved in a certain format and then straight away save it excatly the same but in a different format. Reason for this is obvious but just in case. JPEG for internet viewing and e-mailing. TIFF for high quality prints and PSD for future use in case i want to change something.

Thank you very much for any advice.
