How do you win over a girl who's playing hard to get and is clever/unpredictable with her words?

This is online, not through texts where you'd wait a day or two to respond. Basically textplus on the iPhone. I'm not looking for anything serious with her, I just want to break her smart-alecky pride and see what's past that, because it's a cover, and the only cover that stays on is mine. (;

She's very witty and smart-alecky with her words and not easy at all. She has the perfect responses which make her look impossible to get, yet in a flirty way, like she knows she's the bomb. Sometimes she shows suble interest, then right away goes back to being hard to get. She does this to so many guys (Either she comments on something they say [manipulative, much?] or she gets hit on).

At the end of the day, she bats an eyelash and acts like an innocent diva.

I'm not interested in her, per se, because hard girls aren't within my interest, but I wanna beat her at her own game.

Ideas?
