Trust deed and ppi query? We have a trust deed which I was under the impression that it ended last september, we had a ppi claim after and we have spent all the money from the claim, now the trust deed are saying that we were never discharged and we should have told them about the money, what can the trust deed do to us now, and is this a criminal offence, please help
