Solo camping advice in Colorado? I am going to live off the land for about two weeks in the sangre de cristo mountains in southern colorado. I am wondering what i can do to minimize the chance of getting killed by a mountain lion. I have read pretty much everything i could find on the subject but i was hoping for something comforting perhaps or maybe stories about solo encounters. thanks! all i am brining is a knife and magnesium
