has the design of yahoo answers changed over the years? from how it appears ? the colours? i first joined in 2006, and for instance, this blue border that we now see at the sides ?, i dont think i rememember always seeing it, i thought it just used to be light green, some sort of green or just white. is the blue border at the sides a relatively new design or have i just not noticed it ? thanks .
