Should I talk to him again? My ex and I were together on and off since I was 13. I'm now 17 and we haven't spoken since January. He was my first love and I think about him every day. Before I stopped talking to him again, he said that if I stopped talking to him again, he wouldn't give me anymore chances. But that has never stopped us before. He has had a girlfriend now for a little over a year and we dated while they were together. What should I do? None of my friends have ever been in love before or had boyfriends so I don't know if I should take their advice. My parents don't approve of him so I can't openly date him until I'm 18 (he claims this is why he kept his girlfriend). I can barely see him but that doesn't excuse him cheating in my eyes. When I'm 18 I'll only have 2 solid months before I go off to college up in the northern part of my state and I think he'd just stay with his girlfriend and me. Yet he says he'd run away with me and marry me. Help!
