Hi, You can check the lock status of your iPhone by getting the Apple Network & Lock Info Service from www.WickedUnlock.com This service can be used to find the current Network and the Lock status of any Apple Device.
Iphones can only be connected to verizon or att when brand new. What is the modem firmware? Go to settings and check. If it starts with a 3 (ex. 3.10.01) then it is not unlockable.
