I quit the gym but want to continue workout at home..Body weight training? I have few dumbbells and I wish I could go to gym but I can't. In any case I want to keep those few muscles I made during those 6 months in the gym and the "firm physique". Any tips? Does doing the same weight every week will at least "keep the firmness" or will it make me flabby. I can't afford buying new dumbbells every week.
