general screening tests for cancer would be to check your B2M level and LDH level =) (i forget the full name, ask your husband's/ family's onco) these are blood tests which are cancer markers, but are not really that accurate because you might get a false positive or false negative, meaning you might be led to believe your daugther might have cancer when she doesn't or that she doesn't if she has..

Cancer tests available?

Can i please have any sensible advice. I want to know if there are tests available for Cancer. My husband, his mother, sister and grandmother have all had Cancer. I am concerned for my daughter. Any advice would be appreciated. thank u.

You need to be more specific about the type of cancer. There is no blanket test, only for specific cancers.
