Next year Beep Test and Want to get in shape?
This summer i want to get in shape because i have the beep test thing where you have to run back and forth, and i wanna do good on it this year! I was gonna go for mile jogs, walks and swim alot. Also with a good diet added to it. Does anyone have any other ideas for getting in shape and losing some weight while getting better so i can do awesome at the beep test??
