I was told it should take 1 to 2 hours to complete that was at 5pm its now 1150 pm and my old phone still works and my new one isn't active yet. What's going on anyone had this happen before. He mentioned it could take all night but he said "the likelihood of that is slim to none" so.. Did I beat all odds or did Verizon rip me off.?
