How to use progress bar as Gantt Chart in implementing First Come First Serve?

I am new to Microsoft Visual C sharp 2008 express edition, and a beginner. I want to know how to use progress bar in showing my process time. For example,the user will input 4 processes and its corresponding process time, so the program will create 4 progress bar. And for process 1 for example, the user input for process time is 5 seconds, the progress bar will load for 5 seconds and the second process bar will start loading.
