I believe the iron palm training involves chi power, or else the training will destroy your arm in the sense that your joint will worn out, your skin will be calloused, and the senses will be dead. You'll face joint and bone related problems at old age. At the ultimate level, not only will you be able to kill your enemy with one strike, you might also accidentally kill your loved ones as well.

Title says it all. I'm in Modesto, CA and I'm wondering of a good place to do Iron Palm training. If anyone knows hit me back.
