motorola m1000 - help pls

hi dudes, i have a motorola m1000 and when i try to put my simcard on it i got "contact customer services" and i cant get network.
Ive tried with a turbosim 3g, the message shows me registering network, but not get network too. I tried to manual choose network, but i have the first network 001-01 and i cant remove it, maybe the phone are trying to connect to it ??

Im in Brazil and my network here is Oi, but i have a Tim simcard too.

I already got the subsidy code for it, but i cant enter, the phone dont ask me it.
