How can I send and receive Picture and Video Messages on my Cricket Phone?

I have had Cricket for a awhile now and never had a problem with it. Awhile back though, I couldn't send Picture or Video Messages anymore. Also when people would text me Picture or Video Messages, all I would get was a text that said I have a new multi-media message and I can view it now at mycricket.com and it also came with a Message ID. I already know how to access it on the internet, though recently it says on my account that there's an error so I can't look at my messages. I really want to send and receive Picture and Video Messages on my phone without having to use the internet. My bill pays for everything unlimited and I have the Samsung Messenger 2, which can receive anything. Please help anyone. All I want is to be able to send Pictures and Videos on my Cricket Phone again without having to go online to check it! Thanks anyone for any help!
